For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Degree in IT or a related field.
• 3+ years in application support with a focus on SRE practices.
• Proficient in SQL, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, and Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Git
  Lab.
• System analysis,
  - solving, and proposing improvements for monitoring, logging, and metrics.
• Experience or familiarity with the retail sector is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, at least at a B2 level.
• Open to a hybrid work model based in Lisbon, Portugal.
