Staff Business Process Consultant Specialist (F/M/Div)

Therefore, we need your creative thinking and agility. As a Senior Staff Business Process Coach Specialist, you will be responsible for the development, setup, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous optimization of Infineon’s Business Processes in Porto. You will transform processes from paper into living reality!

We are hiring a Business Process Management professional to coach stakeholders, coordinate process alignment, and maintain the Infineon Process Framework. The candidate will also improve the approach for process mapping, reviews, and modeling.

In your new role, you will be responsible for:

1. Coaching process owners, process leaders, and relevant stakeholders on Infineon Business Process Management, providing transparency into rules, roles, responsibilities, and defining meaningful KPIs for effectiveness and efficiency.
2. Coordinating and supporting
   - functional process alignment and improvement activities, including process optimization and digitalization projects.
3. Integrating Business Processes into the Infineon Process Framework.
4. Maintaining, monitoring, and continuously improving the Business Process Management Framework Governance.
5. Improving the methodology for Business Process mapping, reviews, and modeling of Business Processes.

You understand the factors for successful innovation, demonstrate strong communication and motivation skills, and can establish lasting relationships and networks. You act as an entrepreneur focused on results and
- awareness. You remain composed with multiple projects, possess analytical thinking, and can structure work packages and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications:

1. A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or similar, ideally focused on Business Process Management.
2. At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Management or a related environment in an international manufacturing company.
3. Excellent knowledge of Business Process Management, including internal/external audit management and standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
4. Expertise in process mapping, optimization, digitalization, and project management in global projects.
5. Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma is desirable, along with experience in process modeling tools.
6. Excellent English communication skills.
