About the role

As an Staff Engineer for one of our application teams, you’ll work with a team of developers and contribute
- on to our provider data management platform and suite of products that directly impact customer success. If you are an experienced people manager seeking to own a critical piece of the business, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own the core applications facing our end users and internal stakeholders for our credentialing and monitoring system
• Oversee the monitoring/alerting of our highly available systems

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of enterprise software development experience building full stack Saa
  S platforms
• Proven track record of delivering high quality enterprise Saa
  S platforms in
  - stakes environments
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver on time while accounting for unknowns and uncertainty
• Experience delivering great UI/UX with limited guidance
• Experience building and delivering APIs for Saa
  S platforms
• Experience delivering Saa
  S applications that scale with low latency and high throughput
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of unit and integration testing as part of CI/CD

Bonus points

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Developed in
  - heavy environments
• Experience with healthcare data and/or working with PII
• Testing of code to ensure high quality
