Script/Node, drive architecture, and prototype agentic behaviors that push what’s possible.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship product features end‑to‑end — from Type
  Script/React frontends to backend services integrating large language models (LLMs).
• Implement AI agent systems using the AI SDK (Anthropic, Open
  AI, Google) with agentic workflows, multi‑step tool calling, streaming responses, and conversation state management.
• Develop and maintain MCP proxy and server infrastructure.
• Design and refine world‑class UX/UI components and flows.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate ambiguous ideas into reliable, user‑centered features.
• Drive engineering excellence, implementing best practices for reliability, testing, and continuous deployment.
• Contribute to culture and strategy, helping Ogment grow a high‑performing, mission‑driven engineering team.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on full‑stack Type
  Script / React / Node. js systems.
• Expert React skills — hooks, context, performance optimization, and modern patterns (not just basic CRUD apps).
• Backend experience with Node. js — you’ve built APIs, handled concurrency, managed database connections, and debugged production issues.
• Strong systems design and architectural thinking, especially in early‑stage or high‑growth environments.
• AI/LLM implementation experience — you’ve shipped features using Open
  AI/Anthropic APIs with tool calling, streaming, or agents (not just experimentation).
• Database skills — you can design schemas, write efficient queries, understand indexes, and handle migrations.
• Ability to lead projects end‑to‑end, from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
• A passion for AI — you enjoy experimenting, learning, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
