Overview

Responsibilities

• Support the governance of Infineon-'s Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
• Participate in, perform and document external and internal audits, including traveling to various locations
• Maintain documentation, reports, and key performance indicators
• Support Infineon sites in implementing, monitoring, and improving their local management systems
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of improvement projects
• Contribute to the preparation of the sustainability report
• Report to authorities and industry associations as required

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Bachelor-'s or Master-'s in environmental management, engineering, sustainability or a related technical field such as natural science
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with management systems according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
