Job Description

As a Sustainability Specialist, you will support the governance of Infineon's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with international standards and collaborating with departments to drive sustainability efforts. You will also contribute to the development of improvement projects and prepare the sustainability report.

In your new role you will:

• Support the governance of Infineon's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
• Participate in, perform and document external and internal audits, including traveling to various locations
• Maintain documentation, reports, and key performance indicators
• Support Infineon sites in implementing, monitoring, and improving their local management systems
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of improvement projects
• Contribute to the preparation of the sustainability report
• Report to authorities and industry associations as required
  
  

Your Profile

You have a strong passion for sustainability and a proactive approach to driving environmental and social responsibility. You are a collaborative and communicative professional with strong communication skills, a
- oriented mindset, and an independent working style, combined with organizational talent, a sense of responsibility, and a willingness to pursue continuous learning and professional development in environmental and occupational safety.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's in environmental management, engineering, sustainability or a related technical field such as natural science
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with management systems according to at least one of the following standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
