- how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

Stibo Business Analyst - Hybrid (Porto - 2 days/week)

Hard skills

• Experience as a Stibo Step Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Product Information Management System (PIMS) concepts.
• Knowledge of Stibo Step platform functionalities (data modeling, workflows, business rules).
• Experience in data governance.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development processes and
  - channel publishing.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system configurations.
• Understanding of integration concepts (APIs, ETL processes) for PIM and ERP/e-commerce systems.
• Basic SQL for data validation.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON for data exchange.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e. g. , Mule
  Soft, Talend, SAP CPI).
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

Desired Certifications:

• Stibo Step Certification
• Business Analysis certifications.

Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and pain points.
• Document functional requirements and user stories for Salesforce solutions.

- Solution Design & Configuration

• Configure Stibo STEP workflows, data models, and business rules.
• Support attribute management, and data governance setup.

- Data Quality & Governance

• Define standards for product data quality and compliance.
• Monitor and validate data integrity within the PIM system.

- Integration Support

• Work with IT teams to integrate Stibo STEP with ERP,
  - commerce, and other systems.
• Ensure smooth data exchange and synchronization.

- Testing & Validation

• Prepare test cases and perform UAT for new features and enhancements.

- Training & Documentation

• Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for business users.

- Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize PIM processes and system performance.
