We are looking for an experienced Stibo STEP Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, challenges, and pain points.
  • Document functional requirements and user stories to support Salesforce and PIM-related solutions.
• Solution Design & Configuration
  • Configure Stibo STEP data models, workflows, and business rules.
  • Support attribute management and the setup of data governance structures.
• Data Quality & Governance
  • Define and enforce standards for product data quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and validate data integrity within the PIM system.
• Integration Support
  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate Stibo STEP with ERP,
    - commerce, and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure smooth and reliable data exchange and synchronization.
• Testing & Validation
  • Prepare test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
• Training & Documentation
  • Create user guides and provide training sessions for business stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance PIM processes, functionality, and overall system performance.

Years of Experience

5+ years of proven experience as a Stibo STEP Business Analyst.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts.
• Solid knowledge of Stibo STEP functionalities, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience implementing and supporting data governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management, product development processes, and
  - channel publishing.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Understanding of integration methodologies (APIs, ETL processes) in the context of PIM and ERP/e-commerce ecosystems.

Technical Skills

• Basic SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Knowledge of XML/JSON formats for data exchange.
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Mule
  Soft, Talend, or SAP CPI.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within
  - functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
