Stock & Data Specialist Lisboa

Overview

A leading global company in the mobility and travel sector is seeking a Stock & Data Specialist to drive its Fleet Allocation & Relocation strategy across Europe, North America, and Oceania. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, this role works closely with Logistics, Operations, Fleet Strategy, Marketing, and Revenue teams, based at the company’s Lisbon hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual fleet allocation plan;
• Monitor and optimize fleet relocation costs in collaboration with Logistics;
• Manage the fleet relocation process alongside fulfillment, logistics, and field operations teams;
• Coordinate with Revenue and Marketing to distribute available stock across priority locations, considering external events, local demand, and promotional activities;
• Develop analytical tools to forecast and adjust fleet allocation through the stock relocation algorithm;
• Serve as the demand expert for vehicle allocation, advising on which models to acquire and where to position them.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally in industries where stock is both limited and mobile;
• Background in aligning supply with demand, preferably in car rental, aviation, transportation, or supply chain sectors;
• Proven experience in developing forecasting models and working with data analytics;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, or Engineering;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
