Job Description Summary:
The role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of the Groups stock from procurement to transfer. Moreover, you will be supporting the management reporting of internal stakeholders.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock Management
- Implementing and maintaining robust stock control procedures and internal audits within the Nadara Group.
- Overseeing the entire stock lifecycle including storage, reconciliation and transfers.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with the stock management systems and the ERP, Microsoft D365.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations with the General Ledger.
- Coordinate interim and
- end stocktake. - Review and assess the impact of stock provision policies on the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
- Identify and address risks and opportunities related to the inventory balance sheet.
2. Finance / Tax support
1. Collaborate closely with the Trading and Accounts Payable teams to maintain accurate and timely stock pricing updates.
2. Collaborate with Tax to maintain complete compliance and treatment of VAT at the time of goods transferred and understand the implications if not.
3. Mergers and Acquisitions
1. Collaborate with the relevant teams to ensure stock treatment is understood at the time of acquisitions.
4. Improvement initiatives
- Support on ongoing process updates to ensure always efficient in what we do whilst ensuring complete control of the process.
- Support
- hoc projects where stock has an impact. - Collaborate with the other Finance and Technical Departments to reach overall department goals and objectives.
Relevant experience
1. Qualified accountant with minimum 5-7 years'
- qualified experience with experience working in complex growing companies.

Education and qualifications
1. Relevant Accountancy Qualification.

1. UK and European travel as required.
