Stock Assistant
Job Purpose You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to the warehouse management and in providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI’s and guidelines and company procedures for the care of the product.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company- Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing the timing
- Prepare

- shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and
- Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada. Com or
- Tailers) making sure to guarantee the required service
- Prepare the flow of the damaged products, not sellable product (On Hold, Consignment. . . ), products under
- Organizes the Packaging and Stationery physically and on the IT
- Organizes the Display objects
- Participate in the the correct management of Uniforms
- Participate in the correct management of correct flow of Gifts
- Correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce
- Ensure that the company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation
- Support in the prompt investigation in the event of system
- Manage the flow of the product and the related documentation, recording their movement in the IT
- Participate in the organization and execution of the Physical and Cycle Inventories of the finished product and accessory locations (packaging / stationery and Engineering materials) respecting the company
