Stock Financing & Wholesale Expert - English and French Speaker Porto

Overview

Stock Financing & Wholesale Expert (m/F) – English and French Speaker. Role within the Iberian Hub Stock Financing, part of the CFO/PF Portugal scope. The mission is to manage daily operations and controls for stock lending and wholesale credit in line with risk norms and manager guidelines, to achieve objectives and provide quality service to clients. The role may involve supporting stock operating credit projects in ISF and client projects.

Responsibilities

• Activate credit lines in the application based on committee decisions between Risk and Commercial areas of each country.
• Ensure daily management of credit lines (contracts, registrations, cancellations, blocks, modifications and setups, excess payments, refunds and arrears) and incident management.
• Manage invoicing across different credit lines and update refunds in the i
  SF system.
• Support strategic Stock Finance activities (stock credit and wholesale) across PF countries to absorb activity peaks.
• Monitor service delivery to partners based on specialized support and process industrialization.
• Control, monitor, and archive documentation for vehicles deposited in SET.
• Prepare monthly closing reports using the existing Power
  BI solution.
• Execute planned optimization actions and related operational tests of the i
  SF application.
• Participate in project meetings with other areas or on client projects.
• Request necessary developments to the i
  SF application for proper activity management.
• Comply with high quality and rigor standards and SLAs defined with clients.
• Contribute to harmonization of processes across i
  SF subsidiaries, including continuous review, automation and industrialization.
• Develop compliance controls: calculation of financial charges, banking information, guarantees and monitoring of overdue credits.

Qualifications & profile

• Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Rigorous, high quality focus, critical thinking, and autonomous
  - making.
• Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement; able to identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
• Experience and knowledge of automotive credit; experience in client and partner management.
• Good level of English (B2 or C1) or good level of French (B2 or C1) and knowledge of IT tools.
