Requirements

1. Backup Management
2. Design, implement, and manage enterprise backup solutions using Backup Exec, Avamar, DELL EMC Data
   Domain, Networker, and Veeam, covering all systems, applications, and databases.
3. Develop data protection policies and continuously improve backup and storage processes.
4. Manage Tape Storage (archiving with policies).
5. Develop plans for business continuity by implementing best practices for each sector, application, and database, including disaster simulations with recovery points and solution hardening. Also, conduct audit responses for compliance.
6. Manage all Backup infrastructure, including hardware, cabling, virtualization, etc.
7. Lead the migration project from Veritas Backup Exec, Avamar, and DELL Networker with Data
   Domain to Veeam.

2. Install and manage enterprise storage systems (Net
   App, HP 3PAR, HP Alletra), ensuring high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
3. Handle incident management, including resolution and communication.

2. Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for Storage and Backups.
3. Collaborate directly with teams on project development.
4. Manage SAN/NAS and FC (ISCSI, SFPs, FC).
5. Administer systems for VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox virtualization platforms.
