The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients. There’s never a typical day, as no two projects are alike. You’ll manage systems data for clients and provide

- day solutions and security compliance. You’ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. You’ll have opportunities to broaden your knowledge across industries and, where relevant, recommend modernization options and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Administration of Storage (NAS, Block) and SAN fabrics infrastructures (Hitachi, HPE, IBM, Net
  App, Brocade, CISCO)
• Maintenance, configuration, tuning and update of Disk / SAN systems and subsystems
• Monitoring of Storage infrastructures and SAN fabrics (availability; capacity; forecast)
• Maintenance of systems compliance based on Kyndryl security policies
• Response to incidents and service requests directed at a ticketing tool provided by Kyndryl
• Perform activities on Kyndryl Data Centers that require local intervention (HW installation, cabling certification)
• Provide 24x7 prevention service with possible travel to data centers
