Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a proficient Storage Engineer with extensive experience in object storage technologies, storage area networks, and backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in cloud and
- premises storage services, accompanied by strong analytical skills for optimizing storage performance and resolving complex issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions. Key responsibilities include:
• Expertise in object storage technologies and data availability.
• Administration of storage area networks and
  - attached storage.
• Implementation and management of disaster recovery plans.
• Optimization of storage performance via monitoring tools.
• Collaboration with storage vendors to manage support effectively.
• Forecasting storage needs and planning for growth.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in cloud storage services such as Azure and Net
  App.
• Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of storage protocols like i
  SCSI and Fibre Channel.
• Understanding of data security protocols and compliance.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Vendor relationship management for optimal support.
