Workster is recruiting a Store Manager for a leading car wash and automotive services group with over 25 years of experience in the market. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in store or service management, strong team leadership skills, and a passion for customer experience and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store/car wash team, ensuring top service quality and efficiency.

Manage daily operations, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures.

Monitor and improve performance metrics (KPIs).

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty.

Oversee stock, orders, and presentation of services.

Recruit, train, and develop team members.

Support sales by offering tailored service recommendations to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in store or service management, preferably in retail or automotive services.

Strong results orientation and customer focus.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency with IT tools (Office Suite, POS systems).

Fluent in Portuguese

Availability for weekends and rotating shifts.
