Workster is recruiting a Store Manager for a leading car wash and automotive services group with over 25 years of market experience. We are hiring one Store Manager for each location: Colombo, Alfragide, and Cascais. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in store or service management, strong team leadership skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the store/car wash team, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

Organize schedules and manage opening/closing procedures.

Monitor performance (KPIs) and implement improvement plans.

Ensure an excellent customer experience, promoting loyalty.

Manage stock, orders, and service displays.

Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.

Support sales by recommending suitable services to clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in store or service management, preferably in retail or automotive services.

Strong results and customer satisfaction orientation.

Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

Proficient in IT tools (Office suite and POS systems).

Fluent in Portuguese.

For Cascais location: fluency in English is required.

Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
