Job Description

The Manager is responsible for the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations. He/she has authority over all staff of the establishment, with due regard to the duties of the Manager and the Area Manager.

Qualifications

Performance Indicators:

• Turnover
• Average total purchase per customer
• Sales index
• Conversion rate
• Shrinkage rate

Practical Skills and Leadership Skills:

• Proficiency in sales techniques, spontaneous approach, generation of additional sales, and incentives to return
• The ability to organise a point of sale according to management strategy and recommendations
• The ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods

Personal Skills:

• Persuasiveness
• Well-groomed appearance
• Perseverance and energy
• Good teaching skills and exemplary conduct
• Good physical and mental stamina
• Proficiency in a foreign language
