Job Description
The Manager is responsible for the general organisation of the point of sale and for ensuring compliance with internal rules and regulations. He/she has authority over all staff of the establishment, with due regard to the duties of the Manager and the Area Manager.
Qualifications
Performance Indicators:
- Turnover
- Average total purchase per customer
- Sales index
- Conversion rate
- Shrinkage rate
Practical Skills and Leadership Skills:
- Proficiency in sales techniques, spontaneous approach, generation of additional sales, and incentives to return
- The ability to organise a point of sale according to management strategy and recommendations
- The ability to apply and enforce commercial and managerial methods
Personal Skills:
- Persuasiveness
- Well-groomed appearance
- Perseverance and energy
- Good teaching skills and exemplary conduct
- Good physical and mental stamina
- Proficiency in a foreign language
