The Challenge

Our Direct Retail teams have a real impact on PMI’s new mission to convert smokers to our revolutionary IQOS products. You’ll be at the forefront of rollout new stores and retail formats, shaping the customer journey from acquisition and conversion through to loyalty.

Your day to day

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of an exceptional and unique consumer experience, aligned to IQOS standards.
• Guarantee all procedures of store management, coordinating and controlling customer service, team, product and results in line with the company and brand values.
• Conduct analyses – product, sales and mystery client.
• Lead and develop store teams, implement training plans and follow‑up.
• Coordinate and supervise store specialists, focus on excellence in customer experience and execute store goals.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail / consumer contact.
• University degree completed (mandatory).
• Experience managing teams.
• Fluency in Portuguese and a good level of English is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail or business systems (e. g. , MS Office).
• Customer‑oriented mindset and focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capability and results driven.
• Action oriented and problem‑solving mindset.
• Collaborative working attitude.
• Valid documentation to work in Portugal (mandatory).

• Competitive base salary of €1, 980 + meal allowance
• Night shift allowance of €120/month
• Role allowance of €48/month
