We are looking for a Store Manager whose main objective will be to lead the store team to ensure business goals, operational processes, and customer experience are achieved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategy implementation and achievement of objectives.
• Customer service.
• Maintain the store’s image.
• Ensure corporate branding standards.
• Product management and organization.
• Cash handling and security operations.
• Leadership and team management.
• Management of digital channels.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• KPI management tools.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge and initiative in new technologies and digital channels.

• Strong customer and results orientation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Portuguese: high level (spoken and written) – required.
• English: intermediate level (spoken and written) – required.
• Spanish: desirable.
• Creativity, innovation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive professional with strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for footwear and fashion.
