Functions:

• Sales and customer service
• Prepare the team’s schedule
• Manage suppliers and stocks
• Manage and monitor the team
• Propose new ideas and solutions to improve the company's services
• Present our offers and classes to clients
• Promote and sell products
• Check and respond to emails
• Improve operational processes

Profile:

• Enjoy fitness and sports
• Fluency in BOTH English and Portuguese (mandatory), many clients will be foreigners
• Solid commercial/customer service experience in related retail industries: fitness, fashion, store, restaurant, or café, and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Autonomous, dynamic, and responsible
• Commercial attitude and
