Store Manager Montijo

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all store operations.

• Experience leading teams (minimum 2 years in the sector).
• Good business acumen and familiarity with using KPIs.
• Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate the group.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional growth of the workforce.
• Languages knowledge is valued (English preferred).
