Positions are flexible within the Lisbon and Cascais areas.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and customer service
- Preparing team schedules
- Managing suppliers and stock
- Leading and monitoring the team
- Proposing new ideas to improve services
- Presenting offers and classes to clients
- Promoting and selling products
- Responding to emails
- Enhancing operational processes

Candidate Profile:
- Passion for fitness and sports
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (mandatory), as many clients are foreigners
- Experience in sales/customer service in retail, fitness, fashion, hospitality, or similar fields, including team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, dynamic, responsible
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
