We are looking for a STORE OPERATOR to join our Continente Modelo team in Penafiel, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

Store Operator Responsibilities

• Checkouts: You will be the person with whom our customers interact at the end of their shopping. Your role is crucial in providing a positive experience, listening actively, answering questions, and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
• Stocking: Organizing and properly stocking products is essential for the success of our store. You will ensure shelves are always full and well‑organized, paying attention to detail while working quickly and accurately.
• Fresh Foods: The fresh food areas — butcher, deli, bakery, fruits and vegetables, fishmonger, and café — are the heart of our store. You will work with high‑quality products and serve customers with passion, from preparing the best cuts of meat to selecting the freshest fruits and serving a delicious coffee.
