What You’ll Do
- Develop our market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects’
- critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact go
FLUENT brings to an organization. - Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go
FLUENT solutions. - Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and
- makers from your key client accounts. - Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close
- potential deals. - Participate in exhibitions and events and travel to customer sites within your territory to support sales efforts.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales; Saa
S and international experience is a plus. - Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player,
- motivated to thrive in a

- working and adaptable. - Active on social media in a business context; experience using Linked
In. - Relevant experience in the Training,
- Learning, HR services industry is a plus.
