We are recruiting a new Account Manager to contribute to the growth of our Global Accounts (Segment: Enterprise with HQs in the DACH region).
Within the sales department, you will be part of a dynamic team central to the Group's strategy, responsible for managing a portfolio of client companies.
You will be in direct contact with
- level
- makers, managing budgets from 100k to several hundred thousand euros.
What You'll Do
- Sell a suite of Saa
S solutions (e
Learning, Assessment) and services (Live Lessons), tailored to client needs and evolving challenges. - Ensure contract renewals with your client base and implement upselling strategies (additional solutions, new entities).
- Identify and engage key
- makers within client organizations (L&D, LMS experts, procurement, internal sponsors). - Position yourself as a key contact for clients' training success.
- Lead the entire bidding process, including preparation, response, presentation, and negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with a Customer Success Manager to deploy solutions for clients.
What we are looking for
- Motivated, dynamic individuals interested in selling
- added services and new technologies. - Ability to manage medium to
- term sales cycles exceeding 100K€. - Results-oriented with strong relational skills to nurture growth opportunities across stakeholders.
- Proven experience in complex B2B sales of 2-3 years is preferred.
- Native German speaker or C1 English level mandatory.
