Job Summary

Keyrus is looking for a Strategic Advisor in Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a strong ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical leadership. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on expertise in data architectures and automation , combined with a strategic vision of the evolving AI ecosystem .

As a senior consultative role, you will advise executives and technical teams on how to leverage data and AI to drive innovation, efficiency, and compliance in regulated environments.

Start date: November 2025

This is a remote position, but you must be based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic
  - making in data, RPA, and AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into feasible technical roadmaps .
• Assess existing architectures and propose improvements across Cloud, MDM, and orchestration platforms .
• Participate in RFI/RFP processes and lead maturity assessments of technology landscapes.
• Operate in multi-stakeholder, regulated contexts , ensuring compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, and LACRA .

Requirements for the role

• Proven experience as a consultant or strategic advisor in data and AI.
• Expertise in modern data architectures : Data Lake, Data Fabric, Lakehouse, RDA.
• Hands-on knowledge of data & orchestration tools : Talend, Dataiku, Airflow, Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, Tensor
  Flow, and Py
  Torch .
• Experience with cloud platforms : Azure, GCP, AWS.
• Strong background in Master Data Management (MDM) and regulatory compliance (GDPR ).
• Familiarity with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French preferred).
• Fluent in English
• Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or have a work permit for Portugal

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Track record in digital transformation programs .
• Knowledge of Data Officer functions and best practices in Responsible AI .
