Working Model: Hybrid - 2/3 times per week in Client (Lisboa)

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Architect to support the SAP Competency Center in defining governance frameworks and driving architectural transformation. This role will focus on delivering a comprehensive Reference Architecture and guiding the adoption of modern practices, with a strong emphasis on SAP Extensibility/Cleancore and Security (Access, Users, Segregation of Duties (So
D), and Data).

• Deliverables:
• Develop a Reference Architecture for a business domain, identifying globally relevant technologies
• Define Golden Rules to guide solution design
• Conduct a gap analysis comparing current solutions to the Reference Architecture
• Develop a Transformation Roadmap
• Estimate the financial impact of the transformation

• Must-have qualifications & experience:
  
  

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR compliance requirements
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within global teams
• Critical analysis and
  - solving mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced expertise in Enterprise Architecture methodologies and techniques
• Experience using capability models
• Ability to create
  - level presentations
• Autonomy to lead workshops with business stakeholders
• Proficiency in developing business cases to support senior management decisions
• Participation in 10+

• Leadership of 10+
