Job Title: Strategic Architect Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid Work Model)

About the Role: Join our SAP Competency Center as a highly skilled Strategic Architect. This strategic role is focused on defining governance and driving architectural transformation within the Energy sector, with a strong emphasis on SAP Extensibility/Cleancore and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver a Reference Architecture for a business area, including global technologies and Golden Rules.
• Develop a gap analysis between existing solutions and the Reference Architecture.
• Define the Transformation Roadmap and estimate financial impacts.
• Lead the adoption of new ways of working with in-depth SAP knowledge in Extensibility/Cleancore and Security (Access, Users, SOD, Data).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
• 15+ years of experience in
  - level architecture roles.
• Proven experience leading and participating in more than 10
  - level architecture projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture techniques and experience using capability models.
• Ability to produce executive-level presentations and lead workshops with the business.
• Ability to develop business cases to support senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical analysis and
  - solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
• Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA tools, and Confluence.
• Portuguese and Spanish language skills.

Working Model:

• Hybrid: 2-3 times per week presential in the client office in Lisbon.
• Travel Time: 50%.
