Role Overview:

Develop and strengthen relationships with Strategic Clients, contributing to their retention, increased SOW, profitability, and engaging with various stakeholders. Add value through specialized advice and consulting tailored to each client's specific situation and timing. Align these efforts with our company's objectives, considering KPIs, strategic and tactical directions, market contexts, and challenging circumstances, always maintaining a balanced, confident, and empathetic corporate posture.
