Descrição da Função

"We are looking for a Director of Creative Strategy to lead the brand’s creative vision across all markets. This role involves developing innovative concepts, ensuring cohesive storytelling, and guiding the creative team from concept to execution. "

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the brand’s creative direction across markets, ensuring innovation and consistency
• Develop and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and activations
• Actively participate in photo and video shoots, providing briefings, guidance, and feedback
• Lead the execution of major campaigns, including launches and partnerships
• Ensure compelling storytelling across digital, social, and retail channels
• Inspire and mentor the creative team, fostering collaboration and excellence

Qualifications

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in creative leadership
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic direction and hands‑on content creation
• Excellent concept development and writing skills
• Experience in creative production, including photo, video, and storyboarding
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities
• Fluent in Portuguese; independent working knowledge of English
