The Finance Team maintains the company's financial health by managing planning, analysis, reporting, accounting, revenue operations, and procurement. We support innovation and organizational goals through strategic financial insights.
What you’ll be doing
- Research and identify global innovation grant opportunities;
- Prepare, submit, and manage applications for innovation grants;
- Coordinate meetings to define innovation projects for funding;
- Liaise with entities, partners, and funding bodies to ensure compliance throughout the grant lifecycle.
What you need to have
- 3+ years in strategy consulting or innovation grant programs;
- Strong proficiency in English;
- Ability to conduct research and technical writing in Innovation, Research, and Technological Development;
- Knowledge of local and European funding programs;
- Excellent organizational and project management skills;
- Experience working with
- functional teams; - Strategic thinking and
- solving abilities; - Interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Compensation: Base €20, 090 - €31, 570, Variable €1, 005 - €1, 579, Net equity €4, 723 - €7, 421. Compensation is flexible based on experience and impact. Benefits include various perks and stock options, subject to change.
