What you will do:

1. Strategic Purchasing: You are responsible for the strategic purchasing of warehousing and fulfillment distribution (last mile) solutions;
2. Sourcing management: You will manage all our sourcing projects (RFQ, Benchmarking, etc. ) for fulfillment services and lead the execution of these projects with the goal of identifying key partners that will support, optimize, and shape our fulfillment backbone;
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with different stakeholders in gathering information needed to launch sourcing projects. You will be providing recommendations and insights related to sourcing of logistics suppliers;
4. You will act as the point of contact for commercial and contractual discussions for fulfillment services (Warehousing and Distribution);
5. You will take responsibility for additional investment (CAPEX) and lead potential business cases in identifying savings/optimization opportunities;
6. You will drive the operation by anticipating the needs of the supply chain;
7. You will support the network design team with your knowledge of the market into shaping the fulfillment backbone;
8. Contract Negotiation: You will negotiate contracts, Letter of Intents, rates, services level agreements and investments;
9. Cost Assessment: You will be the expert in cost assessment, maintaining cost grids,
   - engineering, and benchmarking of our logistics partners.

Who we're looking for:

1. You have a university degree in Purchasing, Engineering, Negotiation, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related subject;
2. You have relevant working experience in that area;
3. You have successfully completed negotiations;
4. You have strong communication and collaboration skills;
5. You are good at networking and using it;
6. You have an independent and structured way of working;
7. You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
