Job Description:

This role reports to the European SRM and Pricing Director. The main purpose is to develop and drive the Royal Canin European Pricing & SRM strategy across all 28 EU markets, supporting deployment with operational tools & best practices. The role involves interaction with local markets to analyze and optimize pricing and
- price architectures, leading to improved SRM capabilities and superior portfolio, brand, and channel pricing activities.

Strong commercial, leadership, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge/Experience

• Experience analyzing internal & external data, drawing insights, and making strategic recommendations.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into results and engage with senior leadership.
• Understanding of pricing strategy, analysis, and implementation, including market monitoring and scenario planning.
• Financial acumen and organizational agility to identify improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build pricing capabilities across markets and deploy best practices.
• Guide market development of portfolio pricing strategies.
• Provide regional SRM support, including governance and monitoring of floor prices.
• Lead regional strategic & tactical pricing efforts, establishing strong relationships and sharing best practices.
• Ensure effective deployment and execution of pricing strategies, fostering a mindset shift towards continuous improvement.
• Champion healthy pricing corridors and
  - border compliance.
• Support local SRM teams with guidance across the four SRM pillars.
