Strategic Sourcing - Senior Professional (P3)

Join us as a Commodity Manager (f/m/d) and take charge of the strategic procurement of Production Equipment (CAPEX) that drives our business forward. You will coordinate internal demand from collaborators, identify potential suppliers, launch sourcing initiatives and tenders, negotiate offers and contracts, and ensure strong partner management throughout the process. This position is offered as a fixed‑term contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal demand from customers to align procurement strategies with business needs.


• Approach the market to discover and identify potential suppliers, improving our supplier portfolio.


• Launch sourcing initiatives and tenders with suppliers to secure the best offerings.


• Negotiate offers and contracts with suppliers, implementing innovative approaches to achieve efficient results.


• Maintain strong collaborator management to ensure alignment and happiness across all business areas.

Qualifications

• Senior strategic procurement experience with proven negotiation skills, with over 5 years of relevant experience.


• Direct experience related to the procurement of Production Equipment machinery.


• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level.


• A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a commercial program with relevant technical knowledge.


• A creative, assertive, analytical, and motivational attitude driven by customer orientation, along with strong decision‑making skills and the ability to build networks.


• Proficiency in German is highly valued.
