THE ROLE
As an Analyst in the Strategy and Business Development team, you will join our Graduate Program - Indie Leaders of Tomorrow.
WHAT IS THE INDIE LEADERS OF TOMORROW PROGRAM?
We welcome recent graduates to join our Lisbon headquarters. The program offers
- on experience across departments like finance, operations, and marketing, working closely with department leaders on impactful projects, developing skills, and preparing for future leadership roles.
The program has four stages, offering opportunities such as:
- Engage with Critical Projects: Work on
- impact projects crucial to the company's success. - Executive Shadowing: Shadow an executive to gain insights into strategic
- making. - Mentorship Opportunities: Mentor interns and develop coaching skills.
- Team Rotation: Rotate through different teams to understand various aspects of the business.
Upon successful completion, you may pursue an MBA, postgraduate course, or lead internal projects.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Recent graduates or enrolled in a Master's program.
- Up to 2 years of experience.
- Thrives in
- paced, international environments. - Motivated, autonomous, and responsible.
- Results-oriented,
- focused, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Power
Point/Slides. - Eligible for IEFP internship.
- Fluent in English.
