Strategy & Operations Analyst (MBA)

to join our team at the Lisbon Hub (Parque das Nações).

This role is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and
- level decision support. You will leverage data analysis to uncover insights, build impactful presentations for leadership, and support program management activities that drive execution of critical projects.

As a

Strategy & Operations Analyst

, you will work closely with the Head of Integration & Strategy and collaborate across multiple functions including Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align on strategic initiatives and ensure business performance goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data using advanced Excel skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop
  - quality Power
  Point presentations that communicate key insights and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Support the development and execution of
  - term and
  - term strategic plans.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide business intelligence and actionable recommendations that support growth and operational improvements.
• Collaborate
  - functionally to gather data, align initiatives, and ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute to program management activities, supporting leadership in driving execution of critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education:
  
  MBA or equivalent graduate degree in business, strategy, finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  2–4 years of industry experience (preferably in industrials, technology, healthcare, or finance), with prior experience in strategy, consulting, or business analysis preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Power
  Point (executive-level presentations).
• Excellent
  - solving and
  - making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to
  - expert stakeholders.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
