The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, resourceful, and strategic Strategy & Operations Lead to support the Finance/Management in driving our company’s exponential growth. This role is for someone with a strategy consulting background who thrives in
- paced environments, excels at leading
- functional initiatives, and brings structure and clarity to complex business challenges. You will act as a strategic partner, project leader, and organizational enabler, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Management on
    - impact strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Lead and manage
    - functional projects, including those with significant financial or organizational impact.
  • Drive development of new business verticals, innovation initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities.
  • Prepare
    - quality content for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and executive discussions.
  • Conduct analyses, develop business cases, and provide insights to guide executive
    - making.
  • Support investor relations, board communication, and competitive intelligence efforts.
  • Develop, monitor, and refine company KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and operational alignment.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations and
    - level materials, including board decks.
  • Ensure structured and timely information flow between Management and teams across the organization.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure effective
    - up across stakeholders.


Your Profile

  • 2-4 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role, ideally in a
    - paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical,
    - solving, and synthesis capabilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with
    - functional teams and influence at all levels.
  • Highly resourceful, strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conflict and align diverse teams.
