PURPOSE

As an Associate of the Borders Strategy team, you will play a key role in contributing to our business decisions and making a tangible impact. You will lead a wide range of projects and work streams, collaborating with team members and stakeholders across business units and operational functions. You may need to
- task and prioritize to manage tight timelines. Your role extends beyond data analysis; you will establish facts, analyze implications, recommend the best course of action, and enable execution. You will be expected to deliver compelling presentations and communications to senior executives with some frequency. When required, you will also take
- on responsibility for realizing outcomes. The work will include a wide range of tasks such as prospecting trends, defining the customer strategy and performing a segmentation, scanning
- ups for investment, defining the plan to embed innovative capabilities, among other tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership in Strategy & Transformation Projects

• Lead work streams within C-level projects, developing robust fact bases, articulating insights, refining recommendations with key stakeholders, and communicating outcomes.
• Drive initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

External Insights and Innovative Growth Ideas

• Identify and utilize internal and external information sources to uncover new business, industry, and market insights.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to address strategic challenges and opportunities comprehensively.
• Be a source of external insights and innovative growth ideas for SITA.

Innovation and Design Thinking

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to drive innovation and service offerings for borders, travel and hospitality.
• Lead and facilitate client ideation workshops, fostering
  - innovation activities and creating blueprints for bespoke solutions; from prototyping to handover to business units for productization.
• Collaborate with technology providers and startups to explore opportunities for digital transformation.
• In collaboration with product marketing, product management and/or sales enablement, develop and communicate innovation case studies or other success stories.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Foster strong relationships and collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and quality control of results.
• Leverage insights from stakeholders to drive strategic
  - making and business growth.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated track record in management consulting in a
  - tier Strategy Consulting firm with experience as an Associate, Consultant, or similar roles in Investment Banking or Product at a large technology company
• 3+ years of
  - on experience in the delivery of strategy and transformation projects in complex environments.
• Experience in structuring strategic initiatives and building robust business proposals.
• Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Exceptional project management skills: adept at planning and managing
  - stakeholder initiatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management.
• Ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity and pivot quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
