We are looking for talent to sustain our growth and maintain a clear focus on new fashion technologiesand, in this context, we are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work in the city of Lisbon.
Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
Responsibilities
- Diary management,
- ordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences and complex travel itineraties - Communicate the manager’s instructions or requests to various individuals/departments and obtain information from other managers.
- Respond to routine requests and correspondence, drafting more complex correspondence for final approval or referring more complex requests as appropriate.
- Organise and expedite flow of work, initiating follow up action where appropriate
- Ensure all regular meetings are kept up to date with correct attendees and take minutes where appropriate
- Collate and issue regular business summaries
- Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing or Political Science required.
- Ability to work in a team environment with high level of collaboration skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Assertiveness.

- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese.
