About the role:

- The Strategy Specialist will support the Head of Strategy in developing, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives across corporate strategy, digital solutions, partnerships, and market analysis.

- This role combines structured analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder interaction, contributing directly to internal transformation projects and
- facing digital initiatives.

About the responsibilities: Corporate Strategy Support
  • Support the design and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the company's vision as a digital enabler across the passenger journey;



  • Assist in internal transformation projects, including process mapping, capability assessments, and strategic roadmaps;



  • Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and financial analysis to support Board-level
    - making;



  • Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and executive materials for senior management.

Partnership Development
  • Assist in structuring collaboration models, including Mo
    Us, So
    Ws, and commercial frameworks;



  • Coordinate partner interactions, workshops, and alignment sessions;



  • Support contractual settlement processes and ensure partner activities align with strategic priorities.

Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the IFE and digital passenger experience value chain;



  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive players;



  • Develop segmentation analyses, and insight reports;



  • Share structured insights across internal teams to support positioning, sales strategy, and product decisions.

About you:
  • Fluent in English;



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development roles;



  • University degree in IT-related area, Business Administration or Finance;



  • Exposure to digital solutions,
    - driven environments, or aviation/transportation is a plus;



  • Strong analytical and
    - solving skills;



  • Structured thinking with the ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations;



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;



  • Comfortable working across teams and with external partners;



  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel;



  • Curios, proactive, and eager to learn;



  • Ableto operate in both strategic and
    - focused contexts;



  • Advanced Power
    Point/Key
    Note/Google Slides and Excel skills.
