Your responsibilities and impact as a Streaming Expert will be:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Identifying issues and providing effective solutions

Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

Recording customer interactions in the CRM system

Providing
- hoc support when required

Contributing as a team player to the success of the project

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and at least B1 level of English

Enthusiasm for movies, series, and streaming platforms

Strong listening and communication skills

Ability to remain calm and resourceful in troubleshooting situations

Energetic, innovative, and proactive mindset

Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle

Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually

Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days per week including weekends, between 8 am and 9 pm

Salary package (depending on experience, two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €950 – €1, 000 gross/month

Without accommodation: €1, 300 – €1, 400 gross/month

Additional benefits:

Compensation during training period (6 days): 90% of hourly wage at lower tax rate

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)
