Responsibilities
- Guide and support the
- functional technical team, managing the full project lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery; - Oversee the technical outputs of the tower engineering team, ensuring
- time,
- quality execution in partnership with procurement teams and suppliers; - Coordinate communication among stakeholders, including senior technical leaders, contractors, and project teams, to maintain alignment and manage expectations effectively;
- Proactively identify and address project risks, collaborating with team members and project managers to escalate challenges and implement solutions as necessary;
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while championing sustainable practices throughout the project.
Qualifications
- +3 years of industry experience in technical leadership roles within structural engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors;
- Consolidated experience collaborating with global teams, with a strong ability to adapt to local regulations and cultural nuances to ensure seamless project execution;
- Hands-on experience with
- gate models and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Jira, along with a solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies; - Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe);
- Academic degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Expertise in the wind energy sector is a plus;
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding
- functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects; - Skilled at fostering stakeholder relationships, providing clear project updates, and ensuring transparency across all stages of the project lifecycle;
- Highly adaptable to diverse cultural contexts, with a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in working with international teams.
