? We are looking for a Structured Credit Middle Officer.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor the portfolio and liaise with multiple stakeholders: clients, lawyers, Back Office, Risk, Finance, Tax, Legal Affairs, ALM.
• Support Front Office upstream of deal documentation signatures;
  
  provide technical and legal assistance during negotiations.
• Analyze financing contracts to extract relevant data for Back Office encoding and reporting.
• Follow up on drawdowns, facility renewals, early repayments, insurance, and
  - participations.
• Track events throughout the deal lifecycle (amendments, shareholder changes, acquisitions).
• Ensure all transactions comply with the company rules: accounting, regulatory, legal, ALM.

Main Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Structured Credit Products: deals, facilities, outstanding amounts, interest calculations, fees, renewals, maturities.
• Experience in monitoring financial operations throughout their lifecycle.
• Proficiency with banking systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of accounting, regulatory, and ALM rules.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
