Student Coliving Coordinator (Entry Level)
Overview
We’re not looking for an employee. We’re looking for a junior partner. This is not a traditional role or a 40 hours per week job. It’s a
- hustle, a passion project, and a way to grow into something bigger. We manage student housing and coliving spaces in Porto — and we want someone local to grow with us. Someone who lives in the city and lives the city. Someone who understands what it means when a student lands in Porto for the first time, ready for Erasmus, ready for nights out, ready for memories they’ll never forget.
Your role?
You are the host. The first face people see when they arrive. The person who opens the door not just to a room, but to the city. To the nightlife, to the community, to the energy of Erasmus. You’ll make sure apartments are ready, tenants feel welcome, and the vibe of Porto comes alive through you. You’ll help us shape a brand, tell stories on social media, and build a movement that goes beyond renting rooms. You’ll be at the core of an international experience that combines hospitality, real estate, and culture.
