We’re looking for a Student Worker to join as a Support Data Administrator in Lisbon, Portugal.

Please note this role is intended for candidates who are currently ‘students’. The position is available full or part time (30 – 40 hours) with a strong preference for full time. To be considered you must currently be a student (Bachelors or Masters) and be based within travelling distance of our office in Lisbon.

Your Role

The role of Support Data Administrator will involve:

• Supporting a global continuous improvement programme
• Data Management: Follow up with sites to ensure timely data entry into the SPC template and provide assistance in resolving any
  - related issues that may arise.
• Data Formatting: Modify table formats for all sites to ensure compatibility with the Minitab Connect data parsing service.
• Control Chart Development: Develop and modify control charts within the Minitab Connect (MC) dashboard to reflect accurate process performance.
• Dashboard Creation: Create log forms and tables in the MC dashboards to facilitate data tracking and reporting.
• Data Mapping: Map the MDDB IDT and local machines for all sites by area, integrating these lists into Minitab Connect standard templates.
• Control Limit Calculation: Calculate new control limits for all Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) per site following any process changes.
• Defect Reporting: Maintain and follow up on the "Top 3 Defects Report" with all sites to ensure continuous improvement.
• SPC Manual Updates: Support the update and maintenance of the SPC manual to reflect current practices and standards.

Your Experience

As a Support Data Administrator you will have:

• Currently studying for or previous higher level qualifications in a relevant field (Data Science or related)
• Strong communication skills (English is essential)
• Experience or exposure too in data organizing, mapping, and collection
• Data Science and Data Analysis skills
• Familiarity with tools similar to Minitab Connect
• Experience with backend data management, including database queries
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
• Comfortable presenting and working with different cultures and people, supporting different sites
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools

You will ideally have:

• Exposure to working in a commercial environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
