We invite a positive, sociable, responsible MANAGER/ ADMINISTRATOR to work in the international art studio/school in Lisbon (Alvalade).

Functional responsibilities:

- management of the studio's main business processes,

- communication with clients, partners, artists, building reliable and strong relationships,

- acceptance and processing of applications, sale of events and related products,

- organization of classes and events, supervision, assistance, photo/video shooting,

- formation and adjustment of the schedule,

- monitoring the work of teachers,

- publication of events, maintenance of social networks, website, content filling,

- documentation and reporting,

- keeping the studio and materials clean and tidy,

- formation and maintenance of the organization's image, following the business strategy and concept,

- active participation in the development of the organization,

- fulfillment of the owner's instructions, being the right hand and assisting other projects if needed.

Requirements for the candidate:

- it is mandatory to speak English at a level not lower than B2, Portuguese at a level not lower than B1,

- proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Excel at a good level, ability to work with files, documentation,

- preferably proficiency in graphic programs, ability to conduct social networks,

- high level of responsibility, attentiveness, initiative,

- a positive attitude to life, an active lifestyle, the ability to build relationships and get out of any situation is beneficial for the organization,

- honesty and decency,

- the ability and desire to maintain cleanliness and order in everything,

- interest in the field of art, education, culture and brand development.

Conditions:

- 40 working hours a week, the standard is Wed–Sun, from 11 to 20, though the hours can be distributed depending on the workload of certain days with events.

- cooperation on recibos verde if needed.

- 900 euros fixed + KPI (depends on effort, sales and season). The first month is only the fixed part.
