Funções
- Coordinate the process of preparing dishes and other related activities;
- Prepare the menu;
- Plan orders for equipment or ingredients according to needs;
- Supervise the work of colleagues;
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards at work;
- Promote a climate of cooperation and respect among
- workers.
Requisitos
- Experience as Deputy Chef;
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HALAL kitchen (mandatory);
- In-depth knowledge of managing a HALAL kitchen;
- Knowledge of HACCP;
- Ability to manage the kitchen, delegate tasks, and monitor;
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Oferta
- Contract with Adecco Human Resources;
- Salary according to experience, plus Food Allowance paid in kind;
- Rotating hours between 7am and 10pm, with rotating days off;
- Location: Lisbon Airport
