The Difference You Will Make
The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations in a
- paced,
- sized standalone restaurant. This role combines
- on cooking with team leadership to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and adherence to hygiene standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain
- on experience in the hospitality industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing food preparation and service.
- Lead the team during service and step in for the Head Chef when needed.
- Ensure mise en place is completed and all sections are ready.
- Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Help manage inventory, food costs, and reduce waste.
- Enforce cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
What do we need you to bring on this trip?
- Experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
- Skilled in all kitchen sections and food safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a team environment.
