Overview

We are looking for a Subcontracts Administrator for a major Oil & Gas / Chemical industry project in Sines.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing the administration of construction subcontracts on site, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and financial control of each agreement.
• This includes preparing monthly reports, monitoring progress curves, and handling change orders or claims from contractors.
• You will also maintain correspondence and records, manage contract amendments, and support the closure and evaluation of construction contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Subcontracts Administrator, preferably in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Chemical Industry projects;
• Proven track record in managing subcontract administration directly on construction sites;
• Strong understanding of contract administration, financial control of subcontracts, change order and claim management, and contract
  - out procedures;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and effective communication with contractors and internal teams.
